Iowa Real Estate Revenue Tax Calculation

This calculation is based on a $1.60 tax per thousand, and the first $500 is exempt.

Recording Fees  

$7.00 for first page and $5.00 for each additional page

Deed  

Add $5.00 per parcel

Copies  

$1.00 per page

Certification Fee  

$5.00
