Passports

Passport applications are accepted Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Pricing will be as follows:

Age	Price	Valid
16 and Over	$100	10 years
Under 16	$85	5 years

You will need 2 color passport photos, certified copy of your birth record, and a photo ID (hospital certificates are not accepted). Applications must be signed before acceptance agent.

There will be a 4-6 week processing time. For quicker processing (2-3 weeks), a $60 expedite fee will be collected at the time your application is submitted. For return overnight delivery (1) overnight prepaid envelope should be provided + $16.25 per application.

All applicants must appear.

Both parents are required to appear with a minor under age 16 or a notarized affidavit from absentee parent is required explaining why they are unable to appear.
