Any document larger than 11X14 will be required to have

*In addition to the above fees, DEEDS, PLATS,
CONDEMNATIONS, CHANGE OF NAME, CONTRACTS, and FORFEITURES OF CONTRACTS, require an additional $5.00 transfer
fee for each separate parcel of real estate involved. Maximum fee
$50.00.
Surveyor's drawings and Plat of Surveys are subject to
the additional transfer fees also.
