Any page longer than 14 inches and any attached piece will be considered an additional page.

Any document larger than 11X14 will be required to have original size copies to accompany it.

*In addition to the above fees, DEEDS, PLATS, CONDEMNATIONS, CHANGE OF NAME, CONTRACTS, and FORFEITURES OF CONTRACTS, require an additional $5.00 transfer fee for each separate parcel of real estate involved. Maximum fee $50.00.

Surveyor's drawings and Plat of Surveys are subject to the additional transfer fees also.
