Mortgages $7.00 first page $5.00 each additional page
Releases $7.00 first page $5.00 each additional page
Affidavits $7.00 first page $5.00 each additional page
Tax Liens $7.00 first page $5.00 each additional page
Plats * $7.00 first page $5.00 each additional page
Condemnations * $7.00 first page $5.00 each additional page
Articles of Incorporation $7.00 first page $5.00 each additional page
Deeds * $12.00 first page $5.00 each additional page
Trade Names $7.00 first page $5.00 each additional page
Farm Names $7.00 first page $5.00 each additional page
Change of Name * $7.00 first page $5.00 each additional page

Issuing Certificate showing Federal Tax Lien on file $6.00 fee per request.

Request a copy of Federal Tax Lien $5.00 per copy.

Copies of documents $1.00 per page - certification $5.00 per document copied.

Any page longer than 14 inches and any attached piece will be considered an additional page.

Any document larger than 11X14 will be required to have original size copies to accompany it.

*In addition to the above fees, DEEDS, PLATS, CONDEMNATIONS, CHANGE OF NAME, CONTRACTS, and FORFEITURES OF CONTRACTS, require an additional $5.00 transfer fee for each separate parcel of real estate involved. Maximum fee $50.00.

Surveyor's drawings and Plat of Surveys are subject to the additional transfer fees also.
