The following documents are recorded in the Linn County Recorder's Office:

* Basic recording fees are $5.00 per page plus $2.00 per transaction surcharge. Deeds require an additional auditor's transfer fee of $5.00 per parcel.

As of July 1, 2005, a new document formatting statute went into effect.
